Tyler has over 20 years of experience in residential and
commercial landscaping as he has been involved in the
family business and helped his father in the business
since he was a young child. Tyler likes all phases of
landscaping, but water features are his favorite.

Wendi Maifeld - Office Manager
Wendi is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when
you call Maifeld Landscaping. She has been working at
Maifeld Landscaping since 2003 when her and Tyler's first
child was born. Wendi does all the bookkeeping, payroll,
website design, and other office duties. She does not enjoy
heavy lifting or getting dirty, so you will probably not see
her working around your yard.
Tyler and Wendi are residents of Sumner and have two
children, Madison, 7 and Levi, 3.

Judy Maifeld -
Judy and her husband Randy owned and operated the
Flower Garden Greenhouse and Nursery in Sumner from
1975 until 1995 when they started Maifeld Landscaping. In
2010, after Randy's passing; their son, Tyler became the
owner. Judy enjoys taking care of all the nursery stock,
including trees, shrubs, plants and perennials.
Judy enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her
four grandchildren and her two cats. She also loves Oprah.

Chad Olson -
Chad graduated from the Horticulture program at Iowa
Lakes Community College in 1991. In the spring of 1992
he became an employee of the Flower Garden
Greenhouse and Nursery and continued to work for the
Maifeld's when they started Maifeld Landscaping in 1995.
He has been here for 19 years!!!
Chad is known for being an expert skid-loader operator
and bowls a great game at the annual company Christmas
party. His favorite part of landscaping is sitting back after
finishing a job and looking at the end result.
Chad lives in Sumner with his wife, Jennie. They have
two sons, Kalyn, 13 and Kelby, 9.

Randy Westendorf -
Randy has 17 years of landscaping experience under his
belt as he started working for the Maifeld's in 1994. He is
Maifeld Landscaping's primary paver and block installer.
He and is wife Kathy live in Sumner with their son
Jackson. Randy also has two grown children, Sean and
Sena.

Bryant Davis -
Bryant, a resident of Fredericksburg, is the newest employee at
Maifeld Landscaping. This is his third season working with us.
Bryant enjoys the outdoors and outdoor activities. He also enjoys
heavy lifting and working on his tan.
